You can open a Ticket to get eWale’s help with an order after you’ve contacted the seller within the last 72 hours and your order becomes eligible. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
To open a new ticket, click on the ''support ticket'' menu via your eWale account. Add new ticket and complete the ticket form and submit. Keep checking your eWale account and email for the resolution response.
