If the seller is unable to help you resolve any order related issue within 72 hours of contacting or chatting with the seller, your next step is to request help from eWale by submitting a ticket using the 'Support Ticket' menu in your eWale account.

As part of eWale’s Purchase Protection program for qualifying orders, you’ll receive a full refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the description in the listing. We aim to resolve all issues within 10 days of receiving your submitted ticket.
