You can leave a review or open a ticket after the date your order should arrive. This delivery date is always on the order confirmation email you got from eWale.

Leave a review (via your eWale account on the delivered order) or report an issue after the date your order should arrive. You have 20 days to leave a review or 7 days to open a ticket.

If you need to speak with the seller about a problem before the date your order should arrive, you can contact them on eWale via the ''Chat with Seller'' tab on the product listing page or the Sellers' page. If you’re wondering about the shipping status of your item, you can ''track your order'' via your eWale account.
